摘要
职业决策自我效能指个体对自己完成职业决策过程所展现出自信能力的主观估计。本文对大学生职业决策自我效能的影响因素和培养途径两方面的研究成果进行了归纳总结。影响因素可概括为个体内在因素和外界环境因素两大方面。培养途径可以分为归因训练、团体辅导、课程教育和技能训练四种。
Career decision-making self-efficacy refers to the subjective estimation of individuals’ confidence in their career decision-making process. This paper summarizes the research results of two factors affecting the career decision-making selfefficacy of college students and the ways to cultivate them. The influencing factors can be summarized as two aspects: internal factors and external environmental factors. Training ways can be divided into four types: attribution training, group guidance,curriculum education and skill training.
