湖南省农村小学男教师职业困惑的现状及对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of the Professional Confusion of Male Teachers in Rural Primary Schools in Hunan Province

高素质专业化的教师队伍对小学教育的发展起着关键的作用,男女教师的比例是其基本保证,更是影响教育质量的不可忽略的因素。如今农村小学男教师所占比例越来越低,本文通过对湖南省攸县、江华和桑植三个地区的部分农村小学男教师进行调查探究,分析湖南南省农村小学男教师存在的职业困惑,并提出了一些具体、适时的对策,以期提高湖南省农村小学男教师的"存活率"。

The high-quality and professionalized teaching team plays a key role in the development of primary education. The ratio of male and female teachers is its basic guarantee, and it is a non-negligible factor that affects the quality of education.Nowadays, the proportion of male teachers in rural primary schools is getting lower and lower. This paper analyzes the male teachers of rural primary schools in Youxian, Jianghua and Sangzhi of Hunan Province, and analyzes the professional confusion of male teachers in rural primary schools in Hunan Province. And put forward some specific and timely countermeasures, in order to improve the ＂survival rate＂ of male teachers in rural primary schools in Hunan Province.
