幼儿园“随机混龄”班级现状探微——以成都市某民办幼儿园B班为例

摘要 混龄教育理念在自传入国内便迅速蔓延,但由于缺乏相关教育案例与经验,加之个别幼儿园只是空有混龄教育的外囊,并非真正拥有混龄教育的本质,一种我国所特有的混龄教育模式——"随机混龄"模式出现了。这种教育模式具有很大的随意性,规范性较差,盈利性的目的更为显著,导致随机混龄编班的班级出现了诸多问题。笔者将以成都市某民办幼儿园混龄编班的B班为例,深入探讨随机混龄编班存在的问题并提出自己的见解。 The concept of mixed-age education has spread rapidly since its introduction into the country. However, due to the lack of relevant education cases and experience, combined with the fact that individual kindergartens are only empty bags with mixed-age education, they do not really have the essence of mixed-age education, which is unique to China.Mixed age education model-"Randomly mixed age" mode appeared. This kind of education model has a great deal of randomness, poor standardization, and even more significant profit-making purposes, leading to many problems in classes with randomized mixedage classes.The author will take class B of a private kindergarten in Chengdu, as an example, to discuss in depth the problems of random mixed-age classes and put forward their own opinions.
