基于英文文献的知识管理绩效评估研究--评估动因、评估模型和评估方法分析

Research on Knowledge Management Performance Evaluation Based on English Literature:Evaluation Motivation,Evaluation Model and Evaluation Method

知识管理评估是进行有效知识管理的保障,贯穿知识管理过程始终。知识管理绩效评估是知识管理评估的一个重要方面,其研究有利于改善知识管理薄弱环节,提高组织整体知识管理水平。通过主题索引对2008—2017年收录于国外数据库有关知识管理绩效评估的英文文献研究成果进行梳理,采用文本解读与文献分析的方法归纳总结现有知识管理绩效评估的研究主题与其相对应的特征及应用范围。研究发现,现有知识管理绩效评估的研究主题主要包括主体评估动因、过程评估模型与成果评估方法 3个类别。依据知识管理绩效评估的发展趋势,提出应考虑不同评估动因,以需求和目标为导向,灵活选用不同的评估模型与评估方法进行知识管理绩效评估,进一步表明持续获取新知识与新认识的能力将成为未来知识管理绩效评估的重要内容。

Knowledge management evaluation is the guarantee of effective knowledge management,and it happens throughout the whole process of knowledge management. The knowledge management performance evaluation is an important aspect of knowledge management evaluation,and its research is beneficial to improve the weakness of knowledge management and improve the overall organization knowledge management level. Through the thematic index,this paper reviews the English literature on knowledge management performance evaluation collected in foreign databases from 2008 to 2017,then summarizes theirs research topics,as well as the corresponding characteristics and application scope mainly through text analysis and literature research. The study shows that the research topics of knowledge management performance evaluation mainly include three categories of subject evaluation motivations,process evaluation models and result evaluation methods. According to the tendency of knowledge management performance evaluation,this paper suggests that we should take various evaluation motivations into consideration,focus on demand and goals,and flexibly use different evaluation models and evaluation methods to measure the performance of knowledge management,and further shows that the ability to continuously acquire new knowledge and new cognition will become an important part of knowledge management evaluation in the future.
