护理专业大学生性格优势对关怀能力影响的研究

The effects of character strengths on caring ability of nursing students

目的调查护理专业大学生的性格优势和关怀能力状况,分析性格优势对关怀能力的影响。方法采用一般资料问卷、中华美德问卷和关怀能力评价量表对福州市3所医学院校的943名护理专业大学生进行调查。结果护理专业大学生关怀能力总分为(176.83±19.85)分,性格优势得分为(344.15±45.49)分。分层回归显示,性格优势可以单独解释关怀能力总变异的33.2%。结论性格优势是护理大学生关怀能力的重要影响因素。

Objective To understand the effects of character strengths on caring ability of nursing students. Methods Totally 943 nursing students from 3 medical colleges in Fuzhou were investigated using general informa- tion questionnaire,Chinese Virtue Questionnaire and Caring Ability Inventory. Results The total score of nursing students＇ character strengths was（344.15±45.49）,and the total score of nursing students＇ caring ability was（176.83±19.85）. Stratified regression analysis showed that character strengths could explain 33.2% variance of care ability （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing students＇ care ability is influenced by character strengths .
