摘要
分布式发电市场化交易为配售一体化的售电公司提供了新的盈利模式,刺激其投资分布式电源(DG)的积极性。文章将分布式电源投资收益和配售电公司运营策略整合成为一个双层规划问题:上层规划以综合收益净现值最大为目标函数,确定分布式电源的接入位置和容量;下层规划考虑以收益最大化为目标的配售电公司运营策略,制定可控分布式电源和可控负荷的时序出力。通过粒子群算法对模型进行求解计算,结果表明,该模型可以增加配售电公司的综合收益;制定合理的DG合同电价和可中断负荷补偿价格,能够有效引导分布式电源的规划配置和配售电公司的经济增效。
Market-based transaction of distributed generation provides a new profit model for the distribution and retail companies and stimulates their enthusiasm to invest in distributed generation(DG). This paper integrates the investment income of distributed generation and the operation strategy of the distribution and retail company into a bi-level programming problem. The maximum of the net present value of the composite income is taken as the objective of upper level to determine the location and capacity of DG,and the lower level is used to decide the time-sequence output of controllable distributed power and controllable load, considering the operation strategy of distribution and retail company that takes profit maximization as objective. Particle swarm optimization is used to solve the bi-level programming model. The example results show that the proposed model can increase the composite income of the distribution and retail company. Besides,reasonable DG contract price and interruptible load compensation price can effectively guide planning configuration of distributed generation and the economic benefits of distribution and retail company.
