损耗均衡分布的低耗逆变器模型预测控制研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统的模型预测控制所存在的开关频率较高、逆变器损耗较大,而使开关器件的结温升高,系统故障率增加的问题,文章提出了一种低损耗且损耗分布均衡的并网逆变器模型预测控制方法。该方法在每个采样周期内的预选矢量集包含4个电压矢量,其中2个零矢量和2个相邻的非零矢量,降低了开关频率,减小了逆变器损耗,且不影响电流控制。文章还通过仿真建立了逆变器损耗模型,验证了所提方法的有效性。 Traditional model predictive control method will cause the high switching frequency and the high loss of the inverter,which not only reduces the efficiency of the system,but also leads to higher junction temperature of the power switching device and increases the fault rate of the system. In this paper,a finite set model predictive control method for grid-connected inverter with low loss and balanced loss distribution is proposed. The preselected vector of the proposed method contains four voltage vectors being used to perform the optimization per sampling period,including two zero voltage vectors and two adjacent nonzero voltage vectors,which results in low switching frequency and loss reduction and does not affect the control of current. Besides,the loss model of inverter is established by simulation to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
