摘要
目的研究高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定消毒液中柠檬酸等有机酸含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,对消毒液中柠檬酸、L-苹果酸和乳酸的含量进行测定观察。结果在本研究建立的液相色谱条件下,检测消毒液中柠檬酸、L-苹果酸和乳酸线性相关性好,相关系数r>0.995,平均回收率为99.6%~99.8%,RSD均小于1.0%。结论 HPLC法测定消毒液中柠檬酸等3种有机酸含量柠操作简单,精密度和准确度高。
Objective To establish a content determination method of Citric acid,L-malic acid and lactic acid in Citric acid disinfectant by high-performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of Citric acid,L-malic acid and lactic acid in Citric acid disinfectant. Results Citric acid,L-malic acid and lactic acid showed good linear relationship. The correlation coefficient"r"was all above 0. 995,and the average recovery rate of Citric acid,L-malic acid and lactic acid was 99. 6%,99. 8% and 99. 8%,respectively. The RSD were all less than 1. 0%. Conclusion Using HPLC to determine the content of Citric acid,L-malic acid and lactic acid in the Citric acid disinfectant is simple,precise and accurate. So it has higher practical value,and is worthy of promotion.
