结直肠癌术后患者手术部位感染影响因素的研究

Study on the influencing factors of surgical site infection in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer

目的研究结直肠癌手术后患者手术部位感染的影响因素,为有效控制感染提供依据。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对某医院住院实施结直肠癌手术后患者住院资料进行统计分析,以了解术后感染影响因素。结果共计调查该医院住院实施结直肠癌手术患者86例,发生手术部位感染30例,感染率为34.9%。从患者送检病原学标本中共检出病原菌30株,包括革兰阴性菌18株、革兰阳性菌9株和真菌3株。多因素分析结果表明,患者高龄、术后低温、进食及引流时间是结直肠癌患者手术部位感染的独立危险因素。结论结直肠癌患者术后手术部位感染与患者的年龄、体温、引流时间等因素有关,应采取针对性的干预措施。

Objective To study the influencing factors of surgical site infection in patients after colorectal cancer surgery,and to provide evidence for effective infection control. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze the hospitalization data of patients with colorectal cancer after hospitalization in a hospital to understand the factors affecting postoperative infection. Results A total of 86 patients with colorectal cancer surgery were enrolled in the hospital,and 30 cases of surgical site infection occurred with the infection rate of 34. 9%. A total of 30 pathogenic bacteria were detected from the patient＇s pathogen samples,including 18 strains of Gram-negative bacteria,9 strains of Gram-positive bacteria and 3 strains of fungi. Multivariate analysis showed that the elderly,postoperative hypothermia,feeding and drainage time were independent risk factors for surgical site infection in patients with colorectal cancer. Conclusion Postoperative surgical site infection in patients with colorectal cancer is related to factors such as age,body temperature and drainage time. The aimed interventions should be taken into consideration.
