The role and mechanism of long noncoding RNA ROR in malignant tumors

摘要 非编码RNA(noncoding RNA,ncRNA)是一类大量存在于基因组中的不参与蛋白质编码的核苷酸序列,其绝大多数长度〉200 nt,称为长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,lncRNA).因其异常表达在肿瘤的发生及转移及其他生命过程中扮演着重要的角色,lncRNA已经成为继微小RNA(mi-croRNA)和小干扰RNA(siRNA)之后又一研究热点.长链非编码RNA ROR(lincRNA ROR)是具有多种生物学功能的lncRNA,在细胞重编程过程中起到重要的作用.进一步研究lincRNA ROR可以在肿瘤诊疗中提供创新的靶点. Non-coding RNA(ncRNA)is the RNA species that does not participate in protein coding. The majority of ncRNA are more than 200nt in length,which are called long non-coding RNA(lncRNA). Abnor-mal expression of lncRNAs plays an important role in tumor development and migration. lncRNA have already become another research hot spot after microRNAs and siRNAs. Large intergenic ncRNA regulator of reprogram-ming(lincRNA ROR)has multiple biological functions and plays an important role in reprogramming,which provides a new target in tumor diagnosis and treatment.
