摘要
以互联网营销为切入点,在深入研究企业对市场营销类人才能力实际需求的基础上,筛选出最重要的5种能力,并将能力与相关课程之间建立交叉映射关系,通过建立数学模型并求解,得出培养学生互联网营销综合能力效率最高的课程体系。结果表明,顶岗实习应分配最多的课时数,而网络信息统计与分析和网络文案策划管理应分配最少的课时数。同时重点强调了实训课程设置的重要性。
With the deepening of information technology, the requirements of e-commerce talents are constantly changing. If the college cannot grasp the market demands in talent training, it cannot adapt to social development. This will cause difficulty in graduates' employment and lower the employment quality. Taken the internet marketing as a pointcut and based on the intense research of marketing demands for talents, five kinds of abilities have been chosen and built cross mapping with their correlated curriculums. Through mathematical models, the most efficient curriculum system can be explored, which could improve e-marketing comprehensive abilities of students. The results indicate that the course of Replacement Internship should be given the maximum class hours, while Network Information Statistics and Analysis and Network Copywriter Scheme Management should be given the minimum class hours. Meanwhile, the significance of training courses is emphasized and highlighted in the paper.
