摘要 对内置式永磁同步电机的最大转矩电流比控制进行研究,根据内置式永磁同步电机在d-q坐标系下的数学模型,从实际物理意义出发建立了d-q轴电流与转矩之间的关系式,实现了最大转矩电流比控制。针对永磁同步电机在实际工况,受转矩扰动导致跟踪电流出现较大偏差,在传统控制算法基础上采用id直轴电流校正能快速补偿跟踪电流。同时为了减小运算量,提出将转矩与d-q轴电流关系式进行标幺化,并在MATLAB中进行公式拟合得到改进的最大转矩电流比MTPA曲线,与传统MTPA算法相比,验证了其有效性及优越性。 The research on maximum torque per ampere control of interior permanent magnetic synchronous motor (IPMSM) was presented. Based on the IPMSM math model in dq reference frame, proceed from reality, the relationship between d-q axis current and torque is established. Thus, this method realized the MTPA control. For IPMSM in the actual working condition, a large deviation of the tracking current caused by the torque disturbance, and the d axis current correction is adopted based on traditional control algorithm to quickly compensate the tracking current. At the same time, in order to reduce computational complexity, it puts forward to direct axis current torque and intersection relation normalization, to get an improved fitting curve in Matlab, at last,compared to traditional MTPA, verified the validity and superiority of this method.
