大功率空间载荷工作模式与功率的模块化闭环仿真

摘要 针对大功率空间载荷的工作模式与功率的模拟问题,提出了一种利用多台电子负载协调仿真空间载荷模块的工作模式及功率的方法,该方法能够实现对载荷工作模式与功率之间的通用化仿真,并可以根据系统指令实现闭环控制仿真。同时,由于电子负载的阻容特性,在空间载荷配电单元继电器闭合瞬间会产生巨大的浪涌电流。为了保护电路中的器件,对浪涌电流进行抑制,设计了浪涌电流抑制电路和控制软件。使用本方法进行了浪涌抑制实验,抑制前最大浪涌电流为91.8A,测试指标要求电流应在20A以内,持续时间不超过2ms。实验表明,本文方法可以达到指标要求,实现了空间载荷功率模拟的安全闭环仿真。 To solve the problem of the simulation of high-power space load working mode and power, a method of coordinating multiple electronic loads to simulate the working mode and power of a space load is proposed. This method can realize the generalized simulation of the relationship between the working mode and power of a space load and the closed loop simulation according to instructions. Due to the resistance and capacitance of electronic load, a huge inrush current will be generated at the moment of the relay o{ the space load power distribution unit closing. In order to protect the devices in the circuit and suppress the inrush current, an inrush current suppression circuit and a control software were designed. An inrush suppression experiment was performed in this method. The maximum of the inrush current was 91.8 A without the circuit and software, the test indicator required that the current should be within 20 A and duration should not exceed 2 ms. The experiment shows that the method proposed in this paper could meet the requirement of the indicator and realize the safety closed loop simulation of space load power.
