H桥逆变电路的并联移相SPWM多重化技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对大型电动振动台的需求,提出了一种新型高压大功率数字开关功率放大器的设计方法。采用功率电力电子开关器件,STM32为核心控制器,应用并联八重移相SPWM集成控制技术,多个全桥逆变电路并联,由均衡电感复合,提高其等效开关频率,再经过输出滤波,得到正弦交流输出电压。研制出的样机取得良好效果,并实现了多单元模块并联。目前已投入生产并取得了业界的认可。介绍了主电路拓扑,并联八重移相SPWM工作原理,并联均衡电感的原理和计算,数字控制的实现和实验波形。 According to the demand of large electric vibration table,the design method of a new type high voltage high power digital switching power amplifier is proposed.Using power electronic switching devices,STM32 as the core controller,the application of parallel eight phase shift SPWM integrated control technology,a number of full-bridge inverter circuit in parallel,by the balanced inductance compound,increase its equivalent switching frequency,and then through the output filter,Sinusoidal AC output voltage.Developed a prototype to achieve good results,and the realization of a multi-unit module in parallel.Has been put into production and has achieved industry recognition.Introduces the main circuit topology,the principle of parallel eight-phase shift SPWM,the principle and calculation of parallel balanced inductance,implementation of digital control and experimental waveforms
