校企协同开发国防教育类在线开放课程研究

Research on University-enterprise Cooperation of National Defense Education Open Online Courses

国防教育类在线开放课程在全民国防教育背景下,有着广阔的发展空间。高校与公司逐渐成为课程开发主体,并表现出初步的协同性。在协同过程中,双方应立足于国防教育的全民性和国防教育类课程的开放性与组合性,予以有效的科学设计。针对当前在国防教育类在线开放课程建设领域中存在的三类困境,应进一步总结协同建设理论,认清相关主体各自的限制与不足,充分理解"限制性"背后的理论与实践诉求,确定课程建设的主导协同方。在此基础上,降低高校与公司在合作过程中的功能性冲突,构建二者的合作反馈通道,接受军地部门对二者在国防教育类课程建设领域的监管。

Under the background of nationwide defense education,national defense education open online courses have gained broad development space. Nowadays,colleges and universities and course companies have becoming the main subjects in open online courses building. In the progress of cooperation,the two subjects should concern more on the two characteristics of national defense education open online courses： nation,openness and compos ability. However,aiming on the development difficulties,subjects should sum up the cooperation experience and aware the limitations of subjects. Also,subjects should try to reduce the conflict and build a feedback channel.At the meantime,subjects also should be supervised by related departments.
