内切纤维素酶改善ONP浆滤水性研究及应用

摘要 探讨了内切纤维素酶TM3性能及改善ONP浆料滤水性的应用工艺。结果表明:内切纤维素酶TM3的最适温度为50℃,最适p H为7.0,在p H6.0~8.0范围内有良好的酶活特性。内切纤维素酶TM3改善ONP浆料滤水性的最佳工艺:预处理时间为60 min,浆料浓度3.0%,用量为0.05μ/g(绝干浆)。与常规工艺相比,经内切纤维素酶TM3处理ONP浆打浆度下降2.0°SR,成纸环压指数、耐折度有所提高,底驱网辊电流降低0.91%。 The function of endo-cellulase TM3 and its application on improving drainage of ONP pulp were studied. The results show that: the optimum temperature of endo-cellulase TM3 was 50 ℃,the optimum p H was 7. 0. When the p H value was between 6. 0~8. 0,the enzyme had a good activity. The optimum conditions for improving drainage of ONP pulp were obtained as follows: pulp pretreatment time 60 min,pulp pretreatment consistency 3. 0%,enzyme dosage 0. 05 μ/g( o. d. pulp). Compared with the conventional process,the beating degree of the pulp pretreated by endo-cellulase TM3 decreased 2. 0 oSR,ring crush index and folding endurance were improved,drive roller current of bottom web decreased 0. 91%.
