废纸/粉煤灰保温材料的制备与性能 被引量:3

摘要 以城市垃圾废纸和粉煤灰为原料,采用化学发泡工艺制备保温材料。探讨了粉煤灰掺量、水胶比、发泡剂用量、废纸用量、稳泡剂用量以及养护方式对保温材料的干密度、抗折强度、吸水率和保温性的影响。发现,粉煤灰掺量30%、水胶比0.55、发泡剂5.5%、稳泡剂2%、废纸粉4%,覆膜养护所得保温材料性能最优。最优条件下所得保温材料的抗折强度可达0.161MPa、干密度532.4 kg·m^(-3),吸水率46.2%、导热系数为0.030W·m^(-1)·K^(-1)。废纸/粉煤灰保温材料的制备很好的实现了城市垃圾的高值化利用。 A kind of thermal insulation materials was prepared by chemical foaming process with waste paper and fly ash as raw materials. The influences of the fly ash content,water cement ratio,dosage of foaming agent,dosage of waste paper,stabilizing agent and curing methods on dry density,bending strength,water absorption,and heat preservation properties were discussed. Results showed that the best thermal insulation materials preparing process as followed,the fly ash content of 30%,the water-cement ratio of 0. 55,the foaming agent of 5. 5%,the foam stabilizer of 2%,the waste paper powder of 4% and film curing method. Under the optimal conditions,the folding strength of the insulation material is 0. 161 MPa,and the dry density is 532. 4 kg·m^-3,the water absorption rate is 46. 2%,and the thermal conductivity is 0. 030 W·m^-1·K^-1. The preparation of waste paper/fly ash insulation material has realized the high value utilization of urban garbage.
