三门峡市某轮毂制造企业职业病危害因素检测及作业人员职业健康检查结果 被引量:4

Occupational hazard factors detection and occupational health examination results of exposed workers in a hub manufacturing enterprise of Sanmenxia City

摘要 目的了解三门峡市某轮毂制造企业工作场所中存在的主要职业病危害因素和作业工人的健康状况,为制定针对性的干预和防治措施提供依据。方法对该轮毂制造企业存在职业病危害因素的场所进行现场检测,并对229名接害职工进行在岗期间职业健康检查。结果工作场所噪声超标率最高,达到54.17%。个体噪声检测13人次,8 h等效连续A声级均大于85 d B。个体粉尘检测5人次,2人次接触粉尘时间加权浓度不符合国家卫生限值。检出噪声作业职业禁忌症1人,复查50人(复查听力49人,复查血常规1人)。结论噪声是该企业最严重的职业病危害因素,在进行职业病防治的同时还应对职工进行卫生与健康知识教育,提高职工健康水平。 [Objective] To understand the main occupational hazards in workplace and health status of workers in a hub manufacturing enterprise of Sanmenxia City,and provide basis for formulating targeted interventions and prevention measures.[Methods] The on-the-spot inspection was conducted in the place where the occupational disease hazard factors existed in the hub manufacturing enterprise,and the in-service occupational health examination was performed among 229 exposed workers.[Results] The exceeding standard of noise in the workplace was the highest,which reached 54.17%. In 13 person/times of individual noise detection,the equivalent continuous sound level normalized to 8 hours all exceeded 85 d B. In five person/times of individual dust detection,the time-weighted concentration of two person/times did not meet the national health limit. There was one worker had occupational contraindication for noise operation and 50 workers received reexamination(49 for hearing examination and one for routine blood test). [Conclusion] The noise is the most serious occupational hazard in the enterprise. In addition to the prevention and control of occupational diseases,it is also necessary to provide health education among employees and improve their health.
