摘要
目的了解重庆市职业噪声作业人员双耳高频平均听阈损害情况,为预防噪声所致听力损失提供依据。方法对2017年重庆市噪声接触工人监测数据进行分析。结果 2017年共接收噪声作业在岗期间职业健康检查65 772例,其中男性51 258例,女性14 514例。双耳高频平均听阈异常检出率为10.62%(6 984例)。听阈受损人员主要集中在1~6年工龄人群,不同接害工龄段工人异常检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。异常检出者集中于微、小型企业及私有企业。结论应加强微小企业及私有企业噪声作业人员职业健康管理,降低噪声对职工身心健康的损害。
[Objective] To investigate the impairment of binaural high frequency hearing threshold among workers exposed to noise in Chongqing,and provide evidence for preventing noise induced hearing loss. [Methods] The monitoring data of workers exposed to noise in Chongqing in 2017 were analyzed. [Results] A total of 65 772 noise-exposed workers received the in-service occupational health examinations in 2017,including 51 258 males and 14 514 females. The abnormal detection rate of binaural high frequency hearing threshold was 10.62%(6 984 cases). The cases of impaired hearing threshold were mainly concentrated in workers with working age of 1-6 years,and there was statistically significant difference in the abnormal detection rate among different working age group(P〈0.01). The workers with impaired hearing threshold mainly concentrated in micro and small businesses and private businesses. [Conclusion] It is necessary to strengthen the occupational health management in noise-exposed workers from micro and small businesses and private enterprises,to reduce the damage of noise to workers' physical and mental health.
