Status of occupational health management in micro-,small and medium-sized enterprises in China

我国职业卫生工作,中小微型企业的职业卫生管理是其重要组成部分。该文主要综述了中小微型企业职业卫生管理中存在的问题,包括职业卫生综合管理、工作场所管理、职业健康监护和职业病诊断、报告与病人保障4方面,同时探讨了中小微企业在这些方面存在问题的原因,为加强我国职业卫生建设和完善职业卫生工作提供参考。

Occupational health management of micro-,small and medium-sized enterprisesare important parts of occupational health work in China. This article analyzes the problems of occupation health management in micro-,small and medium-sized enterprises in four aspects which are occupational health management,workplace management,occupational health surveillance,occupational disease diagnosis,report and patient protection,meanwhile,the causes of the problems are discussed,in order to provide the references for strengthening construction of occupational health system and improving the occupational health work in our country.
