Cases Analysis of the DCS Influence on Safety of Petrochemical Device in SIL Assessment

就SIL评估中DCS对装置安全的影响进行分析,提出3类影响SIS系统发挥安全功能的DCS系统设置问题,即DCS调节功能的执行触发SIS系统的功能需求、SIS系统通过DCS执行安全功能可能产生的问题和DCS与SIS系统共用设备可能产生的问题。介绍SIL评估实践中发现的与上述3类情况对应的有关案例并进行分析。实践表明:在开展SIL评估中全面系统地分析DCS对装置安全的影响,对提高SIL评估的针对性与效果具有促进作用。

The DCS influence on safety of petrochemical device in SIL assessment was analyzed. Three types of settings of DCS which influencing the SIS to realize its safety functions,namely the SIS accomplishes its safety functions through DCS,and DCS and SIS share common components,were introduced in this paper.Several cases emerged during SIL assessment were also introduced and analyzed to show that,systematically analyzing the DCS influence on petrochemical device is helpful to improving the quality of SIL assessment.
