丙烯腈装置焚烧炉热电偶故障分析与改进措施 被引量:1

摘要 某石化公司丙烯腈装置焚烧炉采用4支铂铑热电偶辅以刚玉保护套管来实现炉膛温度测量,运行过程中,热电偶故障频繁,使用寿命短。从刚玉套管的特性、质量、温度影响、热冲击影响及外应力影响等几方面对故障原因进行了分析,并根据分析结果提出了处理措施。目前热电偶和套管运行状况良好。 Frequent breakdowns and shorter service life trouble four platinum rhodium thermocouples with corundum protection sleeves which applied to measure incinerator's furnace temperature at acrylonitrile plant of a petrochemical company. Through starting with characteristics and quality of the corundum casing,the influence of temperature,the impact of thermal shock and the influence of external stress,the causes of the failure were analyzed and solutions to them were presented. Both thermocouples and sleeves being improved are in good condition now.
