摘要
研究以石油醚为溶剂微波辅助提取唐古特白刺果油的工艺,并对其成分进行分析.采用响应曲面优化法(RSM)优化提取工艺,确定最佳提取工艺参数为提取微波功率460 W、提取时间10 min、液料比18∶1 (m L/g),在此条件下,唐古特白刺果油的提取率为5. 45%.利用GC-MS对唐古特白刺果油中脂肪酸成分进行分析,结果表明:唐古特白刺果油的主要脂肪酸成分为亚油酸(62. 99%)和油酸(27. 58%).
Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the microwave - assisted extraction of Nitraria tangutorun Bobr fruits oil. Meanwhile, its chemical compositions were analyzed by GC - MS. RSR was used to obtain the best parameters for exaction. The optimal fluid extraction technology was as follows: microwave power 460 W, extraction time 10 rain, liquid -to -solid ratio 18:1 (mL/g), The yield of the fatty acid under these conditions was 5.45%. The predominant fatty acids in Nitraria tangutorun Bobr fruits oil were linoleic acids (62. 99% ) and oleic acid(27. 58% ).
