红枣多糖对链脲佐菌素诱导的糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用 被引量:16

摘要 探究红枣多糖对链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠的降血糖作用。以腹腔注射200 mg/kg STZ建立糖尿病小鼠模型。将造模成功的小鼠随机分为糖尿病模型组、阳性药物组、红枣多糖高剂量组(800 mg/kg·d)和红枣多糖低剂量组(400 mg/kg·d),以灌胃给药。另设立正常对照组,给予等体积的生理盐水。灌胃28 d后处死小鼠检测血清胰岛素、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛含量,并收集胰腺、肝脏,观察其显微及超显微结构。结果表明:红枣多糖可以降低糖尿病小鼠血糖、血脂,促进血清胰岛素分泌,提高抗氧化水平及有效地保护肝脏、胰腺等组织结构。 The hypoglycemic effects of jujube polysaccharide in diabetic mice induced by streptozotocin(STZ) were investigated. A mouse model of diabetic was constructed by intraperitoneal injection of STZ at a dose of 200 mg/kg. The model mice were randomly divided into diabetic model group(DM), positive drug group(PD), high dose group of jujube polysaccharide(H-JP)(800 mg/kg·d) and low dose group of jujube polysaccharide(L-JP)(400 mg/kg·d), which was administered by gavage. Set up a normal control group(NC) and give equal volume of normal saline. After 28 days of administered, the serum insulin, triglyceride, total cholesterol, superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde were measured and the microscopic and ultrastructure of pancreas and liver were observed. The results showed that jujube polysaccharide could reduce blood glucose and blood lipid, promote serum insulin secretion, increase antioxidant level and effectively protect the liver and pancreas tissue structure.
