摘要 按照选材、结构设计、原材料制备、打印加工和后续处理等步骤分析了增材制造(3D打印)技术特点和局限性。对生产效率和周期、制造成本、工序等3D打印的关键问题与传统的变形材生产技术进行了对比,以为选取大型金属材料复杂结构件成形方案提供参考。 The technical characteristics and limitation of additive manufacturing(3 D printing) were intensively analyzed based on different steps including materials selection, structural design, raw material preparation, printing process and subsequent processing. The key issues of 3 D printing including producing efficiency and period, producing cost and procedure were compared with that of traditional wrought material, which can provide references for choosing forming scheme for large metal material complex structure component.
