摘要
纳米压痕技术作为一种新的无损检测、简单方便的材料微纳米尺度力学性能表征方法,被广泛应用于科学研究与现役构件寿命评估等领域。综述了纳米压痕法在性能表征中的各项应用,介绍了目前研究的重点。对纳米压痕技术的研究方向进行了展望。
The nanoindentation technology was taken as a new non-destructive and convenient material micronanometer scale mechanical properties characterization methods, which was widely used in the field of scientific research and life evaluation of active components. The applications of nanoindentation method in characterizing the properties of the materials were reviewed, followed by introducing the focus of the current studies. The research direction of the nanoindentation technology was prospected.
