摘要
通过化学成分检测和金相组织分析,研究了某45钢调质工件的金相组织。结果表明:工件存在表面脱碳、块状铁素体、网状铁素体、魏氏组织等组织缺陷。表面脱碳说明加热温度过高,块状铁素说明保温时间不够;网状铁素体和魏氏组织存在说明淬火冷却过程中的冷却速度比较慢。针对上述组织缺陷原因,提出了热处理工艺优化措施。
The metallographic microstructure of a 45 steel quenched and tempered workpiece was studied by chemical composition detection and metallographic analysis. The results show that, there are defects such as surface decarburization,bulk ferrite, reticular ferrite, Widmanstatten structure and so on. Surface decarbonization indicates that the heating temperature is too high, and the bulk ferrite indicates that the heat preservation time is not enough. The presence of reticular ferrite and Widmanstatten structure indicates that the cooling rate is relatively slow during quenching and cooling. The optimization measures of heat treatment process are put forward in view of the reasons of the microstructure defects mentioned above.
