摘要
检测了硝盐介质与快速淬火油介质的冷却特性,研究了齿圈硬度、齿圈表面和心部显微组织、齿圈的畸变,对比分析了两种不同淬火工艺对18CrNiMo7-6钢渗碳齿圈性能的影响。结合齿圈结构设计专门工装,根据渗碳后淬火前齿圈变形数据合理安排齿圈淬火时的装夹顺序,并采用盐淬淬火方式,有效地控制了齿圈的畸变。
The cooling characteristics of nitrate medium and fast quenching oil medium were tested. The hardness of gear ring, the microstructure of surface and core of gear ring and the distortion of gear ring were studied. The effects of two different quenching processes on the properties of carburizing ring of 18 Cr Ni Mo7-6 steel were compared and analyzed. The special tooling combined with gear ring structure was designed. The clamping sequence of gear ring during quenching was reasonably arranged according to deformation data of the gear ring after carburizing and the distortion of gear ring is effectively controlled by salt quenching.
