摘要
在H13热作模具钢中添加了不同含量的稀土Ce,研究了Ce含量对模具钢室温力学性能、耐磨性能和冲击性能的影响,并对冲击断口形貌进行了观察。结果表明,稀土Ce有助于提高H13模具钢的洛氏硬度、室温拉伸性能、耐磨性能和冲击韧性;随着Ce含量的增加,H13模具钢的洛氏硬度、室温拉伸性能、耐磨性能和冲击韧性呈现先增加而后减小的特征,在Ce含量为0.34%时取得最大值。
The effect of Ce content on the mechanical properties, wear resistance and impact properties of H13 hot work die steel at room temperature was studied, and the impact fracture morphology was observed. The results show that, the rare earth Ce can improve Rockwell hardness, room temperature tensile property, wear resistance and impact toughness of H13 die steel. With the increase of Ce content, the Rockwell hardness, tensile properties at room temperature, wear resistance and impact toughness of the H13 die steel increase first and then decrease, and the maximum value is obtained when the Ce content is 0.34%.
