摘要
研究了经稀土变质的CARMO钢的组织和性能,通过光学显微镜观察了变质前后淬火试样的显微组织,采用200HRS-150数显洛氏硬度计、HVS-1000型数显显微硬度计对CARMO钢淬火表面进行了硬度测量。结果表明:火焰表面淬火后钢的晶粒更细小且分布更均匀,经稀土变质处理并表面淬火后CARMO钢的硬度提高,且各位置质点的硬度变化幅度比未变质的硬度变化幅度更小。
The microstructure and properties of CARMO steel modified by rare earth were studied. The microstructure of the quenched samples before and after modification was observed by optical microscope. The hardness of CARMO steel was measured by 200 HRS-150 digital Rockwell hardness tester and HVS-1000 digital display micro-hardness tester. The results indicate that, the grain sizes of the steel are smaller and the distribution is more uniform after flame surface quenching, the hardness of CARMO steel improves after rare earth modification and surface quenching, and the hardness change of the particles at each location is smaller than that of the unmodified ones.
