摘要
通过相图及金相分析,研究了Mg-Gd-Y-Zr合金在不同热处理状态下的微观组织,确定了该合金的均质化工艺参数。结果表明:经过500℃×6 h的均质化处理,合金晶界清晰,晶粒大小不变,偏析基本消除。最佳的均质化处理工艺为500℃×6 h。
The microstructure of Mg-Gd-Y-Zr alloy under different heat treatment conditions was studied by phase diagram and metallographic analysis. The homogenization process parameters of the alloy were determined. The results indicate that after homogenizing treatment at 500 ℃ for 6 h, the grain boundaries of the alloy are clear, the grain size is unchanged, and the segregation is eliminated. The optimum homogenization treatment process is 500 ℃×6 h.
