摘要
目的:探索多民族地区中小学生情绪和行为障碍患者家庭养育特征与心理治疗感受。方法:立意取样法选11例情绪和行为障碍患者,深入访谈法收集资料,Colaizzi法分析资料。结果:(1)疾病归因不合理;(2)对心理治疗不清晰;(3)心理治疗过程中的感受有正性和负性;(4)父母的态度在治疗连续性中起到重要作用;(5)宗教信仰和文化与治疗有交互作用。结论:针对中小学生这个特殊群体,特别是多民族地区,加大心理卫生知识的普及,有针对性地开展心理治疗工作是十分重要的。
Objective:This research will explore the psychotherapy feelings and family rearing characteristics in emotional-behavioral obstacle problems in the primary and middle school students in multi-ethnic area. Methods:11 case which were selected by purposive sampling were interviewed,and the data of which was analyzed by Colaizzi method.Results:(1)The attribution of disease is unreasonable;(2)There is no idea of psychotherapy;(3)They have both positive feelings and negative feelings during the treatment;(4)Theparents' attitudes play an important role in the treatment of continuity;(5)The religious belief and the culture have the function of interaction with the treatment.Conclusion:It is very important for this special group of primary and middle school students,especially in ethnic minority areas,where it is necessary to increase the popularity of psychological health knowledge and to carry out psychological treatment targetedly.
