Automatic Test Technology for Multi-channel T/R Module

相控阵导引头通常包含成百上千个T/R通道,每个通道包含多个射频参数需要测量。针对这个问题,介绍了一种多通道T/R组件自动化测试技术。通过MFC编写工控计算机控制界面,使用网络交换机和射频开关网络连接测试仪器和测试组件,达到自动切换测试通道的目的。测试结果表明,使用该测试技术能节省57%的测试时间。

Phased array seeker typically contains thousands of T/R channels,each channel containing multiple RF parameters that need to be measured.A multi-channel T/R module automatic test technology is introcluced for this problem.We use MFC to write the computer control interface,while the network switch and the RF switch are applied to connect the test equipments and T/R module for the purpose of automatic switching channels and specifications.Test results show that the technology can save 57% of the test time.
