市级统一矿产资源规划数据库融合实践——以合肥市为例

Municipal Unified Mineral Resources Planning Database Integration-Hefei As An Example

矿产资源规划（简称“矿规”）数据库是矿规成果的集中承载。统一矿产资源规划数据库是在矿规数据库的基础上，经过内容汇集、滤熏整理、统一融合等操作，形成的涵盖行政区范围内多级矿规要素的数据库。与独立的单体矿规数据库相比，统一矿规数据库提高了上下级矿规的协调一致性，具有较强的科学性和可操作性，可更有效的应用于矿产资源管理工作中。本次合肥市统一矿产资源规划数据库融合实践工作是按照有关标准和技术要求，将合肥市、县两级矿产资源规划成果进行汇集，完成了空间要素、附表等数据的滤重与融合，编绘了全市统一矿规附图，形成了合肥市统一矿产资源规划数据库，不仅为省级统一矿规数据库的建设奠定了基础，同时也为本行政区矿产资源管理提供规划信息支撑。

The mineral resources planning database is the centralized bearing of the planning work. Through the operation of content collection, filter rearrangement and unified fusion, a unified mineral resource planning database is formed which covers the multi-level mining regulation elements within the administrative region. Compared with independent monomers, the unified mineral resources planning database has improved the coordination and consistency of the upper and lower grades, which is more scientific and operable, and can be applied more effectively in the management of mineral resources. Taking Hefei city as an example, this paper records the establishment of a municipal unified mineral resources planning database. On the one hand, this work lays the foundation for the construction of the provincial unified mine regulation database, and on the other hand it provides the planning information support for the mineral resources management in Hefei city.
