摘要
本研究采用U_(18)均匀设计,探讨不同种源、木质化程度及不同浓度IBA和NAA对迷迭香扦插成活率、生根数、根长、分枝数、苗高的的影响。研究结果表明18个处理组合的成活率为24%~96%,生根数量为9.1~36.1条,根长4.9~8.9 cm,苗高3.0~10.8 cm,分枝数1.2~4.5个。在试验所用的植物生长调节剂中,IBA是影响生根数、根长、苗高的关键因子,0.55 g/L IBA浸泡穗条可显著促进根的生长;同时,0.4 g/L的NAA浸泡穗条对生根数有促进作用。不同种源是影响迷迭香分枝数和成活率的主导因素,宽叶半直立型(云南)的迷迭香分枝数较多,绿叶直立型(法国)迷迭香成活率较高。除了分枝数外,木质化程度对各指标均不具有显著影响,由于嫩枝以及木质化程度高的枝条不利于生产上的操作,因此可选择半木质化的穗条进行扦插。
The U(18) uniform experiment design was applied to investigate the effects of different provenances, lignification degree, and different concentrations of IBA and NAA on cutting survival rate, rooting number, root length,number of branches and seedling height in this study. The results showed that the cutting survival rate, rooting number, root length, seedling height and number of branches of 18 treatment combinations were 24%-96%, 9.1-36.1, 4.9-8.9 cm, 3.0-10.8 cm, 1.2-4.5, respectively. Among plant growth regulators use in this test, IBA was the primary factor which influenced the rooting number, root length and seedling height, and root growth was significantly promoted by soaking with 0.55 g/L IBA. Meanwhile, 0.4 g/L NAA also had a certain promotion effect on the root number. The Semi-upright broad leaf(Yannan) had more branches, however, upright green leaves(France) had higher survival rate, which revealed that the different provenances were the key factor affecting the number of branches and cutting survival rate of Rosmarinus officinalis. In addition to the number of branches, the degree of lignification had no significant influence on all indexes. Nevertheless, the shoots and the branches with higher degree of lignifications were not conducive to the production operation, thus the semi-lignified cuttings could be selected for cutting.
