双固定锚钉内固定融合术治疗成人Ⅱ型足副舟骨临床观察

Clinical observation of internal fixation with twin fix anchor for adult type Ⅱ accessory navicular bones

背景:采用双固定锚钉内固定术治疗成人Ⅱ型足副舟骨能明显缓解疼痛,改善功能。目的:探讨应用双固定锚钉内固定融合术治疗Ⅱ型足副舟骨的临床效果。方法:2011年5月至2015年10月应用双固定锚钉手术治疗15例(18足)成人Ⅱ型足副舟骨患者,术前、术后采用美国足踝外科协会AOFAS评分系统,疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)进行疗效评价。结果:15例均获得随访,随访时间为6~20个月,平均(11.6±4.2)个月。均未出现感染、骨延迟愈合、内固定装置失效、下肢深静脉血栓等并发症;足副舟骨与舟骨融合处均获得骨性愈合。疼痛症状消失15足,明显缓解3足;18足活动范围均正常。结论:双固定锚钉内固定融合术治疗成人Ⅱ型足副舟骨的疗效满意,能明显改善疼痛,是一种较好的治疗方式。

Background： Surgical treatment with twin fix anchor can significantly decrease the pain and improve function for adult type Ⅱ accessory navicular bones. Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment with twin fix anchor on adult type Ⅱ accessory navicular bones. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed 15 cases（18 feet） of adult type Ⅱ accessory navicular bones treated by twin fix anchor from May 2011 to October 2015. AOFAS and VAS scoring system were used to assess clinical outcomes. Results： All the 15 patients were followed up for（11.6±4.2） months on average（range, 6-20 months）. No infection, delayed union, fixation failure, or deep venous thrombosis occurred. Bony union were achieved in all patients. The pain disappeared in 15 feet and was obviously alleviated in 3 feet. The range of motion of the 18 feet were all normal. Conclusions： Surgical procedure with twin fix anchor can achieve satisfactory outcomes and significantly decrease the pain in patients with adult type Ⅱ accessory navicular bones.
