As an important activity of the lOth Q.ingdao International Sailing Week and Qingdao International Ocean Festival, the High- Level Dialogue on the 10th Anniversary of the 2008 Q.ingdao Olympic Sailing Competition themed on ＂Olympics Adding Charm to the City＂ jointly held by Chinese Yacht Association, Beijing Olympic City Development Association, Qingdao Municipal People＇s Government and Qjngdao Major International Sailing Events （Festivals） Organizing Committee was held on August 12.
