摘要
提出了一种基于六角T型谐振器的小型化宽阻带低通滤波器的设计,它由两个六角型谐振器和耦合线组成,另外在输入和输出端口增加两个开路枝节,可以实现良好的特性。为了验证以上理论分析,设计并制造了一个低通滤波器实物(εr=2.65,h=1mm),该滤波器的整体尺寸是11.94mm×12.12mm,满足小型化的要求。其-3dB衰减频率为3.90GHz,在4.61~20.29GHz之间具有大于20dB的阻带带宽,其中4.74~18.05GHz之间的阻带带宽大于25dB。实物测试结果与仿真结果基本一致。
Design of a miniaturized wide stop-band low-pass filter with hexagonal resonator was presented.It consisted of two hexagonal resonators and a coupling line.In addition,two open branches were added to the input and output ports to obtain good characteristics.In order to verify the theoretical analysis,a low-pass filter(εr=2.65,h=1 mm)was designed and fabricated with a small size of 11.94 mm × 12.12 mm.The-3 dB attenuation frequency of the filter is3.90 GHz.The stop-band bandwidth is greater than 20 dB across 4.61~20.29 GHz,and greater than 25 dB across 4.74 ~ 18.05 GHz,respectively.The physical test results are basically consistent with the simulation results.
