中国落叶松属植物种皮扫描电镜的观察 被引量:2

摘要 运用扫描电镜对中国产的落叶松属8个种和9个不同种源的兴安落叶松种皮微形态进行了观察。结果表明,种子的背面纹饰、腹面纹饰和种孔周围纹饰截然不同。该属内两个组的种皮纹饰存在明显差异。在红杉组内,太白落叶松、红杉和怒江落叶松背、腹和种孔周围纹饰均存在不同。在落叶松组内,除了新疆落叶松外,其余种之间纹饰特征差异较小,特别是兴安落叶松、长白落叶松和华北落叶松之间差异更小。种皮纹饰特征在兴安落叶松种内基本上是稳定的,其中,背面纹饰变异幡度最小,腹面纹饰次之,种孔周纹饰变异幅度最大。 The micro-morphologic features of the seed coats of 8 species and 9 in-dividuls of Larix gmelini Larch's plants in China were observed by SEM. It was found that the dorsal and ventral ornamentation of the seeds and the round ornamentation of the seed pores are completely different. In the Larix Mill,there are evident differences between two groups on the seed coat ornamentation. In the group of southwest larch, there are all different on the dorsal,the ventral and the round ornamentation of the seed pores among Larix chinensis,L. potaninii and L.speciosa. In the group of north larch, there are less differences among the other species on the ornamentation of the seed coats differences except L. sibirica. Besides,there are the least differences among Larix gmeli-ni ,L. olgensis and L. primcipis-rupprchtii. The ornamentation of the seed coats are rela-tively stable in Larix gmelini, but the variation of the ventral ornamentation is wider than the dorsal ornamentation, the variation of the round ornamentation of the seed pores is the widest.
