本文通过对包头市水资源开发利用现状的分析评价及未来供、需水量预测,揭示出包头市水资源不足的自然和人为原因,指出在国民经济发展战略目标下未来水资源供需矛盾会越来越尖锐,并根据本市自然地理环境的特殊性和目前实际情况,未来发展趋势,提出了水资源可持续利用对策。

The paper indecates natural and man-made cause of water source ab-sence in Baotou city after analyzing exploitation, utilizing, future supply and requirement of Baotou city water source. The conflict supplied and required water source is more acute for realizing the strategic aim of civil economic development. The countermeasure continually using water source is suggested according to the particularity of physical ge-ography and the tendency of ecopomic deveopment.
