北京市月坛地区居民对社区卫生服务中心的满意度分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解北京市月坛地区居民对月坛社区卫生服务机构的满意度。方法2017年2月1日至4月30日,采用偶遇法抽取829名月坛地区15岁以上常住人口进行问卷调查,比较不同性别、学历、年龄、职业、医保类型、家庭人均收入、是否患有慢性病居民对社区卫生服务各项目满意度的差异。结果月坛地区居民对社区卫生服务各项目的满意度中,除药品种类和设备设施外,其他项目的满意度均超过75.0%。不同性别居民仅对医疗水平的满意度差异有统计学意义χ^2=4.62,P〈0.05);不同年龄的居民对护理服务、服务态度、沟通、设备设施、就诊方便性、候诊时间、就诊环境等的满意度差异有统计学意义χ^2值分别为14.913、16.144、13.966、14.279、15.208、23.590、13.746,均P〈0.05);不同学历的居民对医疗水平、服务态度、沟通、设备设施、候诊时间、就诊环境等的满意度差异无统计学意义(均P〉0.05);不同职业的居民对护理服务、就诊方便性、候诊时间、就诊环境的满意度差异有统计学意义χ^2值分别为7.379、14.837、9.471、14.837,均P〈0.05);不同费用支付方式的居民对药品种类的满意度差异有统计学意义()(2=11.405,P〈0.05);不同家庭人均收入的居民对影像准确性、设备设施的满意度差异有统计学意义(X。=9.808、10.117,均P〈0.05);不同慢性病患病情况的居民对医疗水平、护理服务、沟通、影像准确性、设备设施、候诊时间的满意度差异有统计学意义χ^2值分别为4.387、5.285、9.908、11.622、3.903、6.285,均P〈0.05)。结论月坛地区居民对月坛社区卫生服务机构总体满意度较高。月坛社区卫生服务中心应更加注重女性、老年人、患有慢性病者、低收人人群的健康管理,并且要继续提高医务人员技能。 Objective To survey on the satisfaction with community health service among residents in Beijing Yutan subdistrict and its influencing factors. Methods From February 2017 to April 2017, a questionnaire survey was carried out among 829 residents over 15 years old in Beijing Yuetan community. The overall satisfaction with the community health service was surveyed, and its correlations with sex, age, educational level, occupation, medical insurance type, family per capita income, and chronie diseases of residents were analyzed. Results The satisfaction rates with various items of community health services were all above 75% ,exeept that of drug types and facilities. The satisfaction with nursing service, service attitude, communication, equipment, convenience, waiting time and institutional environment was correlated with the age of the residents (Xz = 14. 913,16. 144,13. 966,14. 279,15. 208,23. 590,13. 746,P 〈0.05) , but not correlated with the educational level of residents ( P 〉 0.05 ). There were significant differences in satisfaetion with nursing service, convenience, waiting time and institutional environment among residents with different occupations ( χ^2 = 7. 379,14. 837,9.471,14. 837, P 〈 O. 05 ) ; there was significant difference in satisfaction with drug types among the residents with different payment methods ( χ^2 = 11. 405 ,P 〈 0.05 ), and there was significant difference in the satisfaction with image accuraeyandthe facilities among residents with different family income (χ^2 = 9. 808,10. 117, P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction degree with medical care, nursing service, communieation, image accuracy, equipment, andwaiting time was significantly different among residents with different chronic diseases ( χ^2 = 4. 387,5. 285,9. 908,11. 622,3. 903,6. 285, P 〈0.05). Conclusion The overall satisfaction with the comnmnity health service among Yuetan residents is high; however, more attention should be paid to the health management for women and elderly patients and patients with ehronic disease and low income.
