摘要 紫色尿袋综合征（PUBS）是长期留黄导尿管后尿袋和／或尿管小的尿液呈蓝紫乜乜索沉淀的一种罕见临床现象，通常认为与导管相父尿路感染有火。文章对1例老年女性PUBS的危险因素、病生理机制、病原学评估和管理策略进行分析。
