摘要
该项目基坑安全等级为一级,设计使用年限为1年。项目主要难点为地下室边线距用地红线近、距周边道路近、距高铁站房近。项目分段采取放坡、土钉、排桩、锚喷或多种方式相结合的基坑支护设计方案,并对排桩采用不均匀配筋、基坑阴角处设置斜撑、全土质基坑采用排桩加放坡结合的方式进行处理,设计方案经专家评审获得了一致好评,并达到同期项目较好水平。
The safety grade of foundation pit in this project is grade one, and the design life is one year. The main difficulties of the project are that the basements are close to the red line, the surrounding road and the high speed railway station. In the project, the foundation pit support design scheme of slope, soil nail, pile, anchor spray and other two ways is adopted. The foundation pit support is set up in uneven reinforcement, the inside comer of foundation pit and the whole soil foundation pit is combined with pile and slope. The design scheme was appraised by experts and reached the level of project in the same period.
