Research on the Innovation of Construction Management Mode of Architecture Engineering

由于我国建筑行业发展起步晚,发展快,导致我国建筑企业发展中存在诸多问题。因此,加强工程施工管理模式创新非常重要。论文从建筑行业的发展与市场需求的角度出发,结合当下我国建筑企业的实际情况,对工程施工管理模式创新的必要性进行系统论述,并提出了相应的创新措施与方法。

As the late starting and fast development of China＇s construction industry, there are many problems in the development of Chinese construction enterprises. So strengthening the innovation of engineering construction management mode is very important. This paper based on the development of building industry and market requirement, combining with the actual situation of construction enterprise in China, analyzes the necessary of the innovation of engineering construction management mode, and puts forward corresponding innovation methods.
