为了有效控制公路工程建设期间的工程变更,规范工程变更行为,实现工程变更费用控制,保障建设、设计、施工、监理单位的合法权益,有必要对工程变更进行规范的、有效的管理,具体的审批程序、控制办法需要参建各方共同努力。论文主要对工程变更的范围和内容、审批程序以及变更工程的造价管理进行介绍。

In order to effectively control the highway construction engineering change, standardize engineering change behavior, implement the cost control of engineering change, ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the construction unit, design unit, construction unit and supervision unit, we need to implement standard and effective management of the engineering change, and the specific examining procedures, control measures need the participation of all parties to work together.
