基于模糊控制的乳化液自动配比系统的研究 被引量:2

摘要 由于乳化液质量分数调节系统具有大滞后和模型不确定性,采用传统的PID控制会产生严重的滞后效应,难以收到令人满意的控制效果,因此提出了乳化液质量分数模糊控制策略,用模糊控制取代传统的PID控制,并介绍了模糊控制器的参数设计。实际使用证明,采用模糊控制算法的乳化液质量分数配比系统具有控制精度高、响应速度快、稳定性好等优点。 Due to large lag and model uncertainty of the control system for the mass fraction of emulsion, application of traditional PID control leads to serious lag effects and unsatisfactory control effects, thus the fuzzy control strategy for the mass fraction of emulsion was proposed. It replaced traditional PID control, and the parametric design of the fuzzy controller was introduced. Actual practice showed the emulsion preparation system with fuzzy control algorithm was characterized by high control precision, rapid response velocity and excellent stability etc.
