The paper introduced the operation of the vertical mill system for matte grinding in Jinguan Copper, and analyzed the existing problems during production and countermeasures, which resulted in more stable operation of the mill and each index reaching or exceeding the designed values. In addition, it offered reference for operation and sizing design of matte vertical milling system.
