基于同步并网技术的大功率矿用磨机多机启动及调速方案

Multiple mill start-up and speed regulation scheme of large-power mine mills based on synchronous grid-connection technology

摘要 通过对大功率矿用磨机的运行工艺和负载特性进行分析,结合高压变频器及同步并网技术特点,提出了一种适用于大功率磨机的启动及调速方案。现场验证,该方案可实现变频器"一拖二"的磨机启动及调速,整个系统具有启动平滑、精确调速、降低设备及能源损耗等优点。 The paper analyzed the operation process and load characteristics of the large-power mine mill, and proposed a start-up and speed regulation scheme suitable for the large-power mill in combination with the features of the high-voltage frequency converter and the synchronous grid-connection technology. The scheme realized start-up and speed regulation of two mills by one frequency converter, and the whole system was characterized by smooth start-up, precise speed regulation, consumption reduction of equipment and energy.
