摘要 为了保障矿工安全,设计煤矿井下安全应急保障系统。基于物联网远程通信技术,采用Lo Ra技术构建具有抗干扰能力好、穿透力强的双向应急通信和定位系统。系统硬件平台以SX1276射频芯片为通信单元,在STM32F107MCU的控制下,星形网络作为通信组网的基本架构,结合多基站点对点测距技术,在Lo Ra WAN协议的支持下,实现远程应急通信和辅助定位功能,确保在其他系统被破坏情况下的应急需求。搭建测试平台测试表明:应急保障系统具有良好的一键报警和预警能力,具备远程辅助定位功能。 In order to ensure the safety of miners, an emergency security support system used in underground colliery was designed. Based on the remote communication technology of the internet of things, Lo Ra technology was applied to build a two-way emergency communication and positioning system with excellent anti-interference ability and strong penetration. The hardware platform of the system applied SX1276 radio frequency chip as the communication unit. Under the control of STM32 F107 MCU, the star network was taken as the basic framework of the communication network. In combination with multiple base station point-to-point ranging technology, remote emergency communication and auxiliary positioning realized with the support of Lo Ra WAN protocol, so as to ensure emergency needs in case of damage to other system. After the test platform being built, the test results showed the emergency support system was characterized by excellent ability of onetouch alarming and early warning as well as the function of remote auxiliary positioning.
