摘要
以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)、硅溶胶、异丙醇等为主要原材料,通过溶胶-凝胶方法制备了聚碳酸酯表面透明耐磨涂料。通过探究硅烷单体的选择及用量,附着力促进剂的用量对涂层性能的影响,溶剂、助剂的选择及固化条件的影响,最终制备了可应用于聚碳酸酯表面防护的透明耐磨涂料。
The transparent wear-resistant coating on polycarbonate surface was prepared by sol-gel method with ethyl orthosilicate, methyl triethoxy silane, silica sol, isopropanol and other main raw materials. The selection and dosage of silane, the dosage of the adhesion promoter on the coating performance and the effect of the influence of the selection of solvents, additives and curing condition were studied. Finally, a transparent wear-resistant coating used for surface protection of polycarbonate was prepared.
